I recently watched the new Harry Potter movie, which I thought was great by the way, and happened to see this online: Quidditch for Real-People. While I feel my nerdy-ness is pretty high, I don’t think I could ever get myself to actually dress-up, run around a field and pretend to chase a Snitch. Maybe the kid in me is really gone or… maybe I just need a real flying broom to make that activity worth while?

I have quite a collection of old vector artwork that never went anywhere, so I’ve decided to dust them off and put them up on iStock. There are allot of unfinished illustrations that I need to wade through and cleanup before they are ready for purchase, but I’ve started that process. I don’t expect this to replace my real job, but why not put them up and make a little extra beer money? Exactly.

And hey, if there is anything you are looking for specifically, send me a message. I’m more than happy to discuss any projects you have in the works. What are you waiting for? I can’t wait until next year and hope all the whisker growing fellas have a great off season. See you again soon!
I help out my uncle with some t-shirt, event pass artwork each year for Hangtown, a motorcross event in Northern California. This year I decided to do an illustration and not just Photoshop an existing photo. I used a pinup image I found online for reference as I was on a one day time crunch. My fault, not his. But, I think it came out pretty cool. Hopefully it will produce well on the shirts. Read more…

So, tomorrow marks the first day of Moustache May and my lip coat has already been growing for 1.5 months. Truthfully, it’s starting to bug me a bit, but I’m going to be strong. In honor of this glorious month, we are having a “Moustache Bash” on Saturday. I made this little invite for the party Read more…
